A corrupt doctor certified me as nonverbal autistic when I was a toddler, immediately beginning heavy sedation to try to create that level of disability in me.

Concurrently, Colleen Anne Kastner Andres (my egg donor) sold me to sexual abuse at the respite care facility so she could go out to the bars on the weekends. She selected a babysitter, Amber, who groomed me and molested me to help facilitate this.

After the sheriff’s office investigated and substantiated the sexual abuse, my mother turned to Dr. David W Zerrien of the Winnebago County Mental Health office in Oshkosh, Wisconsin.

David W Zerrien confirmed on the phone this year that he never conducted his own diagnosis and intentionally overlooked the impacts of the severe abuse. Instead, he opted to prescribe hundreds of milligrams of Seroquel (Quetiapine) in an attempt to retard me.

When he got scared, he told Colleen Anne Kastner Andres he would no longer prescribe the Seroquel. This is noted in the records of other providers. David W Zerrien’s records are incomplete, there is nothing about the discontinuation of care due to what my mother described as “disagreeing with the Autism diagnosis.”

As David W Zerrien and Winnebago County continue to fraudulently conceal these material facts, the statute of limitations has been tolled.

I recently called my beloved grandmother, Patricia Lee Carlson, for the first time since Jody Andres, Colleen Anne Kastner Andres, Paul Kastner, Donna Kastner, Andrea Carpenter, and Marlee Misco conspired to try to eliminate me through incarceration, overdose, psychiatric commitment, and finally hiring contract killers.

It is truly sick to see how they have isolated Pat, kept her drunk until the Stockholm kicked in, and then pushed out the PoA Jessica Rasmussen Bradley. My grandmother selected Jessica as the PoA because of the decades of abuse and attempted murder my mother had made Pat suffer through.

My grandmother is completely isolated, controlled, and is not allowed to see any friends in person.

Jody and Colleen think it’s the perfect culmination of my mother’s 30 year attempt to steal her parent’s money, but it’s really going to be the keystone for taxpayer funded medical child abuse.
